1. Eligibility for Returns

We stand by the quality of our watches. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order. To be eligible:

  • The item must be unused and in its original condition.
  • All original packaging, protective stickers, and tags must be intact.
  • Returns must include proof of purchase (e.g., order number or invoice).

2. Non-Returnable Items

Returns will not be accepted for:

  • Products showing signs of wear or misuse.
  • Custom or modified watches.
  • Items returned after 7 days from delivery date.

3. Damaged or Defective Products

If your item arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the item. We will offer a free replacement or a full refund. You may be asked to send clear photos or videos as proof.

4. Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method. Refund time may vary depending on your bank or credit card provider.

5. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was received damaged or incorrect. We recommend using a tracked shipping service. We are not responsible for lost return shipments.
